Refund Policy

We want you and your kids to love your Laundry League hoop. This policy explains what we cover and how to get help.

1. Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email us at laundryleagueofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. You do not need to return the damaged item.

2. Orders that never arrive
If your tracking shows no delivery 30 days after your order shipped, contact us and we will reship your order or refund you in full.

3. Change of mind returns
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Email us first at laundryleagueofficial@gmail.com and we will send you the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer and is not refunded. Once we receive and check the item, we will refund the price of the product to your original payment method.

4. Shipping Protection (optional add-on)
If you added Shipping Protection at checkout, we will also replace your order free of charge if the parcel is marked as delivered but stolen, or lost or damaged in transit, even outside the cases above. Report the issue within 7 days of the delivery date shown in tracking.

5. 30-Day Hoop Warranty (optional add-on)
If you added the 30-Day Hoop Warranty at checkout, we will send a free replacement if any part breaks during normal use within 30 days of delivery. Email us a photo of the broken part.

6. What we can't accept
- Items returned without contacting us first
- Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are missing parts (unless covered by the Hoop Warranty)
- Shipping Protection and Hoop Warranty fees, which are non-refundable once your order has shipped

7. Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a further 5 to 10 business days to show the refund.

8. Cancellations
You can cancel your order for a full refund any time before it ships. Email us as soon as possible.
