Free tracked shipping
Every order ships free with tracking.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking link once your order ships.

Delivery time
Standard delivery to the United States usually takes 6 to 12 business days after your order ships. Orders to other countries may take longer. If faster shipping is offered for your address, you can choose it at checkout and the estimated delivery time will be shown there.

Christmas orders
To receive your order before Christmas, we recommend ordering by early December.

Tracking
Tracking can take 2 to 3 business days to update after you receive your tracking link. If your tracking has not updated after 7 days, email us and we will look into it.

Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us right away and we will try to update it before the order ships.

Customs and import fees
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or delayed parcels
If your order has not arrived 30 days after it shipped, contact us and we will reship it or refund you in full. For parcels marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbours and your local post office first. Orders with Shipping Protection are replaced free of charge in this case.
